Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- keeping file index books and file registers current.
- Issuing application forms, managing open registered letters, and enforcing laws and regulations regarding library membership.
- Distributing files to police on a scheduled basis.
- Cross-referencing and putting communications in the proper folders.
- Copying letters to pertinent files and taking care of them as needed.
- Handling franking machines, fragile files, and dispatches.

Qualifications and Experience
