- Grow the assigned customer portfolio in line with the bank’s strategic plans.
- Use existing customers as referral sources for acquiring new business.
- Achieve assigned business growth and revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships.
- Provide timely and relevant information on customers within the assigned portfolio.
- Prioritize workloads to ensure prompt customer feedback.
- Maintain effective follow-up and customer support.
Credit Analysis and Portfolio Management
- Analyze customers’ creditworthiness and recommend appropriate financing limits.
- Evaluate actual and potential returns from customer relationships.
- Participate in departmental meetings to present and defend financing proposals.
- Liaise with the Financing Management Department to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Minimize portfolio risks by ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
- Maintain the Non-Performing Financing (NPF) ratio within the bank’s acceptable standards.
- Identify negative performance variances and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Required Qualifications
