Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Sales and Business Development
- Generate sales for accommodation bookings, safaris, travel experiences, and car rental services.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotels, tour operators, and local business partners.
- Support business growth initiatives and partnership development.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, telephone, and social media platforms.
- Assist customers throughout the booking process.
